I heard it's as bad as the animated THE KILLING JOKE from last year, only with more fart jokes.

I didn't see it, but because of the animation style and Bruce Tim's involvement, I was wondering if this was supposed to be a part of the Timverse?

It can't be as bad as The Killing Joke I'd assume. It still doesn't interest me though. I've never been a fan of Harley Quinn, and I honestly think that Bruce Timm's creative problems are becoming more apparent these days.
I'll probably watch it eventually out of sheer curiosity, but I'm hardly looking forward to it.
Edit: I heard there's apparently a fart joke in the movie. *sigh*

WhatCulture did a breakdown review of it and while it probably served to feed their daily dose of hate towards DC, this sounds overall just plain bad.
TEXT:
Let's begin with one of the movie's most egregious offences. For some reason, someone thought it'd be a good idea to include fart jokes in a Batman animated movie, so here they are.
The first one occurs when Batman, Nightwing and Harley are riding in the Batmobile and Harley begs Bats to pull over, because some spicy wings she ate earlier are "doing a tango in [her] tummy."
Bats refuses, so she lets one rip, much to Nightwing's disgust, before Batman tells him, "It's not so bad. Smells like...discipline." She then lets out another, squeakier fart before the Caped Crusader pulls over to refuel...at a petrol station called Gotham Gas, obviously.
Does anyone really want infantile garbage like this in their Batman film? Just awful.

The more I hear about the movie, the more it sounds like it was written specifically for (or by) 12 year olds. I really think it's time that Bruce Timm and DC part ways.

a lot of misguided humor and a poor fit for Harley's voice actress. i didn't particularly care to see Harley estranged from both the Joker and Poison Ivy.
i'm getting really irritated by the writers' clumsy bumbling around with Swamp Thing lore.
i used to swear by DC animated, but i fear they are losing the plot.

Well I heard their Judas Contract was good.

I think Killing Joke would've been better without that prologue where Batgirl and Batman have sex and she acts like a brat.
But then again, that would've made the movie even shorter.

it is terrible. Much worse than the killing joke. Look at this. Need I say more? As for judas contract, that was pretty good.

Kevin Conroy does a fart joke?!!! Say it ain't so. Now that does sound like they are imitating the MCU. The Apocalypse may be nigh and not the lame mcu villain.

It wasn't female centric, to be honest. Batwoman in that movie turned out to be a waste and it was really more about Batman and co. It had some silly stuff in there, but I'll have to dig it out again.
