Avatar T2 Judgement day True Lies the Abyss Torok the first flight t.v. movie Pirahna part two
And in pre production these sequels: Avatar 2 Avatar 3 Avatar 4 Avatar 5
Just admit it, he's the best that ever was ok.

He's a GOOD director, but to say he's the best ever is laughable. Is he planning on making 4 more Avatars at one time?

Nah but in terms of delivering huge films on a grand scale, I can't think of anyone better. (Titanic, Avatar are proof of that) .

I think that James Cameron is 1 of the Top 3 Best ever!
It is very very hard to Top Steven Spielberg and Alfred Hitchcock.

Not even close to me. He's declined over the years.

Nope. He had a short peak from 1984-1991 (and what a peak it was!) but I don't see him coming close to that again.

Probably not, although he's certainly one of the most ambitious directors ever.

Hardly. The Terminator and Aliens I consider near masterpieces and very influential in how the whole action movie genre evolved (and I have hardly felt the same way about any action movie since). Also, I have always been a defender of Titanic. But I found Avatar unwatchable. Actually, I didn’t watch the whole thing. I was pretty much fed up by the time Worthington’s avatar got down to the planet so I jumped over the mid-section to the lengthy Crash Bang Boom battle finale which was annoying and neverending. So, two great movies from the 1980s, one favorite from the end of the 1990s, and not much else to talk about.
Three movies, however good, do not The Best Director Ever make.

He was a contender back in 1994. Then he started peddling to teenage girls.
