Yeah - their run game blows. I get Peters is out tonight but let's call a spade a spade - he's been a disappointment the last couple of years on the OLINE. And why is Tobin still on this team? Jesus - I thought they signed Blount to be the guy at the 1 yard line to punch it in. Let's see Smallwood and Pumphrey - can't believe they let Barner get away. Can't believe it's only August And did anyone see that giant 'whiff' of a tackle by the new guy Darby they got in the Matthews trade 2 more beers for me and I'm off to bed.........

If your team can't thump the Ills, they have issues.

Bills might have a QB controversy before the first snap of the regular season.

The defense looked better than great too. I can overreact and say they are the best defense in the NFL (they are not). It is only preseason. You take a jab at Darby, when he had an incredible game and got the game ball. You amaze me sometimes. I will say the running game looked putrid though. I will have to agree with that. I was actually shocked how much of a #1 Blount is, according to preseason so far. There was no rotation. For the first three drives it was all Blount. I expected him to get a majority of the carries this year, but I still expected a RBBC.

That was a bad play, but the only one. He made two absolutely tremendous plays and a few other very good ones. All in all he looked great and is a HUGE upgrade at the position on our team. I just find it curious that a day after he played very well and was probably the MVP of the game you come on here and complain about him.

Perhaps it's a reading comprehension problem with you and you missed 'overreaction' in the subject header and I was going to bed after 2 more beers in my original post Princess and I didn't feel the need to subject myself to more pain Ace Going to start crying now love or do we need to play some Pictionary here and I need to break out the crayons tiger?

Hey, it is not my fault you have no idea what you are talking about. That sounds like a you problem. Go back to the trade post where I stated he was going to be the best CB on the Birds. Scroll up to my original post on here where I just said, 'did anyone see that whiff.....' Jesus dude - out of prozac? Feel for those poor kids - what respectful father puts a picture on their kids on an internet forum? Do child services need to be involved here?

Who cares if I have their picture up? They are my children. I could have put a picture of Patrick Batemen up or maybe some 'cool' band logo or something, but I am an adult; you are a child.

Are you OK? I'm concerned. I stated Darby was going to be the best CB on the Birds in another thread and just asked above if anybody saw that whiff in a preseason game where I had 'overreaction' in the subject header? Are you OK buddy?

Question for you Philly boys. Word is that after the game, LeSean McCoy treated his Bills teammates to 200 orders of cheesesteaks and crab fries from Chickie's & Pete's. If I'm ever in Philadelphia, is that the joint to go to for quality cheesesteaks?

If I'm ever in Philadelphia, is that the joint to go to for quality cheesesteaks? Nope. Don't go to Pat's and Geno's either - the two most famous around here - they suck - Steak-Umms with Cheese Whiz (although I'm a big fan of that too when that's all you have to work with) Hit the the local Mom and Pop store (typically an Italian Pizza Shop) on the corner in some neighborhood where you don't want to be at 3am with your family. They typically have the best. So many variations. Steak and Cheese - Chipped frozen beef with American (hey - you may be a provolone guy) Steak and Cheese with Onions (raw or fried??) and mushrooms and peppers Pizza Steak and Cheese with pepperoni, spaghetti sauce, and mozz cheese Steak and Cheese Hoagie - Lettuce and Tomato added. Shockingly - The shady places with 'pay phones' still on the outside of the building are typically your best bet which look like they should have been shut down 20 years ago by the board of health - but we all have different taste buds.

Phillips has the best cheesesteaks in the world. I'll have to try them. Tobin just got traded (i.e. he was a 'throw in' for a trade) - thank God! - and everybody needs offensive line 'depth' - about time - good riddance Jesus - Howie are you reading my threads? Moving up from the 7th round to the 5th may seem like jack - but how in blue hell did they pull this off................

I wouldn't read too much into anything, at this point. The 0-16 Lions were 4-0 in the 2008 pre-season, and they looked good, too.

Sproles is getting up there in age - but i would have rolled with Barner/Smallwood as the RBs and put Sproles in there as a situational back if they weren't going after Fournette or McCaffery in the draft.

ESPN predicts Dalvin Cook to be one of the top fantasy players this year. That means touchdowns baby!

Blount will not be cut. Not even close. This is a huge overreaction. No one on the offense looked great in that second preseason game. Also, you cannot blame Blount for the terrible play calling. Blount is not a guy you through a flat pass to in space and let him work.
