Soon they'll be banning folks for making off-topic threads and then more. This is just the start. SBnation has the same issue - give admins a little power and before you know it, you'll be banned for farting too loudly while posting.

I am a giant - and I mean huge 76ers fan - people on this site rip me for it - which is all good - I love it. I may be a fan - but I don't drink the Kool-Aid. SBnation's 76ers blog is entitled 'Liberty Ballers' - it's very knowledgeable. Filled with stat dorks. Great place to get info from. Very informative site. But - If you don't 'Trust the Process' you're gone! That being said - I'm a big advocate of 'The Process'. I was banned 3 times! All for not drinking the Kool-Aid! Hey - I'm a Sixers fan - but I'm sorry if I don't think Nerlens Noel is the 2nd coming of Wilt! I can't recall off the top of my head why I was banned from the Eagles and Phillies SBNation sites  |

I might be coming off as a dick but it's not intentional. If you'll notice, I didn't rely to either. And I hate the comic book threads. But they should be allowed to remain. |

It is two threads that were moved for reasons I'm not going to explain. What it isn't is a slippery slope, a comparative issue between this board and any other, or an implication that the Sports board is being "policed". |

Good sense of humor, those Flyers fans. Disagreed with the head fella over at Pensburgh and I was history. AND they share that shit... so I got multiple warnings when I joined one of their MMA blogs before even posting because they saw I was banned from a bunch of hockey blogs. |
