Hard to pick A favorite. Being a punk rock fan, I like MANY songs under 2 minutes long. (Hell, I like many songs under one minute!)
Favorites include: "Kill A Commie" - Gang Green, "Idiots At Happy Hour" - The Freeze, "My America" - The F.U.'s, "Search" - Minutemen, "Wasted" - Black Flag, "Minor Threat" - Minor Threat, "I Hate Cops" - The Authorities, "Commando" - Ramones, "Lights Out" - Angry Samoans, "Shut Up" - The Stranglers, "Crawl" - OFF!, etc.
Anyway, this song encapsulates the spirit of this thread:
... and here's a great little ditty by Lee Hazlewood:

Many newer heavy/power metal albums open with a short intro track, and the majority of these intros are completely disposable. But this opening track from one of my favorite 2017 albums clocks in at 2:11 and is a kick-ass song in its own right.

My favorite is "The Phenomenon of Frugality" by Sencirow. However since that's not available on Youtube... "The Phenomenon of Frugality" by Sencirow (clocking in at 1:55) is FINALLY available on Youtube. It's the opening track of the following album:
