Block and ignore them. Block and ignore them all! The problem is when you are a moderator or Admin you can't ignore them 'cause they continue to post vile filth and attack members on private messages. That was what I had to deal with and when the Program Director finally got the Online Team to delete the main one's account they just joined again but created up to 60 profiles and when they blocked his IP he managed to find another way to come back which is why I said the best way to deal with them is make them prove they are real by giving evidence when they join the site like a credit card number, a phone call or a video conversation with the owner of a site on a web cam. Trolls would be nonexistent on a lot of sites if the owners made people do this.
