Season 2 ended on a cliffhanger with about a dozen unanswered questions. They were obviously banking on continuing that slogging storyline in season 3. But since no one watched season 2 and they don't care about the dedicated tween fans of the show like yourself, they went full reboot. It's their last desperate attempt at making the show work. First season sucked so they replaced the showrunner, second season sucked harder so they replaced everyone. It did not end on an actual "cliffhanger" and certainly with a dozen unanswered questions. They were obviously NOT banking on continuing that storyline, which was not "slogging" at all, in season 3. Just because YOU did not watch season 2 does not mean no else did, kiddo. Also, unlike yourself, I'm quite far from being a tween fan, you sad moron. Quite far. And they do care about the fans, as often demonstrated in their live FB videos and various social events. The reboot has got nothing to do with any alleged "last desperate attempt" at the show work since it is already working. First season did not suck at all, it rocked. The showrunner was replaced for a more disturbing reason than the one you wrongly believe. Second season did not suck either. Your stupid theories are just as ridiculous, pathetic, shallow & insipid as you are, kid. If you dislike the show so much, just stop watching and move on to something else. After all, no one is forcing you to watch it, right? So stop bitching & whining and find something else to watch if you hate the series. I knew you were a troll, but between dodging the question of who died in the episodes I mentioned (spoiler: no one) and saying season 2 didn't end on a cliffhanger (spoiler: season 2's killer was murdered by another unknown killer), it's become obvious you don't even watch the show. Trolls these days can't even be bothered doing research on their trollbait. Damn.

Babylon 5. Recast the Jeffrey Sinclair character with someone who can actually act. Jeffrey Sinclair was replaced with John Sheridan.

Jeffrey Sinclair was replaced with John Sheridan. Catman clearly meant to not have Michael O'Hare play the part in the first place. I agree that Season 1 was the slowest and weakest overall season of Babylon 5. However, that was due to the disproportionate number of standalone and weaker episodes, e.g., "TKO" and "Grail". O'Hare's acting was not the problem. I recently finished showing a condensed list of Season 1 episodes to some non-science fiction fans, and managed to hook them on B5 in the process. I think that the way things ultimately turned out, with the passing of the torch from one J.S. to the other, worked out great. If there was anything to fix on Babylon 5, it would have been how uncertainty about Season 5 renewal forced JMS to accelerate the arc, and move about four episodes from the beginning of Season 5 to the tail end of Season 4. Therefore Season 5 begins with a series of slow, padded, standalone episodes.

No questions were "dodged" (and you have no actual spoiler) and contrary to what you claim, season 2 did not end on a cliffhanger and the alleged "unknown" other killer is not unknown at all, so it's quite obvious that YOU are the one who is not watching the show. Nowadays, pitiful dimwitted trolls like yourself don't even be bothered to do some research on their trollbait. Put some heart in it, kiddo.

i'd not structure the entire second season of Ash vs Evil Dead around a conclusion that was never actually to be realized.
