That's like comparing a Pinto to a Porsche.

Force Awakens is not a film, its a unoriginal and unimaginative rehash on fanfiction level for the lowest common denominator. Menace is boring but has a creative vision. So there goes that false dilemma!

Phantom Menace. I despise TFA with a passion. Its a rushed lazy rip off and manages to retroactively destroy the arcs and achievements of the originals. Menace has ideas and imagination especially the Palpatine plot and the world building. I take JarJar over MaReySue and EmoRen anytime.
Did someone mention the score yet..?

That's like comparing a Pinto to a Porsche. Which is which though? LOL, only a fool would ask! Phantom is like an oiled pod-racing, Naboo-figher Porsche. TFA is like a broken, repainted X-Wing Pinto.

The one that doesn't have multiple racist stereotypes, one of the worst child actors ever (which is saying something), and space C-SPAN.

i solemnly vowed on these forums that I would sacrifice myself by fucking sleeping with Kathleen Kennedy if she erases TFA out of the canon and history. Hear me Mrs Kennedy?
For the franchise!

The one that doesn't have multiple racist stereotypes, one of the worst child actors ever (which is saying something), and space C-SPAN. Oh, do you mean like: - electro-shocking a black guy with a dog-like robot while having him called a thief by a white person? - having the black soldier guy really turn out to be a dumb janitor...? - having the black guy drink with animals, - having him flee like a slave and given a name by a white guy? - having him hit on white women "got a boyfriend, cute boyfriend...?" - and having him jive pseudo-black like "Droid please?" Bet you found that so much fun while padding yourself on your belly because of your neat PC-ness. And then you were super proud of yourself when reading the dissed child actor went finally mental because of trolling little cyber bullies like you.

No, I mean like greedy Jews, corrupt Japanese businessmen, and walking minstrel shows. You know, age old stereotypes I didn't have to make up just now to win a Star Wars debate. Black guys hitting on white women is a stereotype now? I think you're bringing your own issues to the table. No one said anything about Han hitting on Leia. Also, Poe Dameron is Latino. And I can't say I've ever cyber bullied Jake Lloyd. Lmao. I don't even blame him for his awful performance. I blame Lucas, who managed to make talented actors like Natalie Portman and Hayden Christensen look unfit for a high school stage production of Twilight.

Well those are a stretch. You find interpretations like that in almost any film. Having a black guy drink with animals! How about "having a guy drinking from the first available water source he can find". Having hit on a white woman! How about "having him hit on the only woman he has ever had any sort of conversation with". Just easily you could say in Phantom Menace the herose are a Master Race (jedi) who will only accept people with certain physical characteristics (Midichlorians). And whatever your interpretations above, doesn't change the fact that Phantom Menace was accused of racist stereotyping. But he isn't trolling him is he. He's not telling him, or attempting to, tell him direct He's stating an opinion about his performance on a website Jake Lloyd is unlikely to be on.

And whatever your interpretations above, doesn't change the fact that Phantom Menace was accused of racist stereotyping. Well don't tell it to me, tell it to all these people who complained in papers and online about the racist stereotype depiction. www.thestreet.com/story/13408065/1/despite-what-you-ve-heard-disney-s-star-wars-the-force-awakens-is-racist.htmlYou know these people may be a tad too sensitive, especially about Finn the black buffoon always being inferior to (and playing cheerleader for) superior white characters, e.g., is a soldier but cannot fight and must be saved several times, cannot understand any second language but Rey can, cannot fly a Tie and must be explained how to use a turret by white guy, need aiming help from Rey, does buffoonish-ly not know how the Force works. Additionally of course the points I made re the janitor and the thief-electrocution and the name thing, droid please... Frankly, I don't really care, I just pointed out the old Finn debate with a few examples lest we forget...and I as a Caucasian I would not assume to decide when it is right to feel offended by a stereotypical portrayal of a black man...maybe you are more qualified...

The Force Awakens is more entertaining than The Phantom Menace.
