The last part of Laura II sounds suspiciously similar to the riff of She Sells Sanctuary.

Fields of the Nephilim > The Cult Can't disagree with you there, to be honest. I made it through two or three Cult albums. That was all I could tolerate. So lackluster.

I've never noticed any similarity there, and overall style and sound of the two bands is quite different. It's possible, though I can't be bothered listening to either song right now for a comparison. I do love The Nephs, up until their prog phase anyway. The only real accusations of plagiarism I can think of that might stand up, are between their "Dark Cell" and Clock DVA's "White Cell", and their "Phobia" and Motorhead's "Ace of Spades".
