I guess I like To Catch a Thief because it feels like a James Bond movie (which I know you're not a big fan of).

There's a couple of Hitchcock movies that are due for a rewatch, so this list might still evolve a little over time.

Dial M for Murder Is Foriegn Correspondant being so high any less strange than To Catch a Thief being so high? Or perhaps Young and Innocent being higher than Rear Window?

Or perhaps Young and Innocent being higher than Rear Window? much less strange I'd have to disagree with that. Even if that isn't as strange, you know very well that you have many stange opinions too. We all do.

We all do. its ok that you are wrong Foreign corrspondent is a very acclaimed film by Hitch, it got one of the most deluxe treatments from criterion even.. Young and Innocent is a much lesser known but excellent film and one of the best of his british period.. To catch a thief on the other hand is a very well known film of his and very well known for being merely light entertainment from the master of suspence

I like how you ignored my comment about your sometimes very strange taste. Why do you always feel the need to point out other people's non-conforming taste. You like Wall Street 2 better than the original and Platoon etc. I'd say that is far stranger than Movielover liking To Catch a Thief more than Young and Innocent for example. Armageddon also got the Criterion treatment. Just saying.
