I don't care what anybody here says!
I think that this Movie is hands down without question Lea Seydoux's Best Film.

I'm sure that many people would agree.
I am not one of those people.
It's well written I guess but the movie did nothing for me personally. I dislike the two main characters quite a bit and don't find either performance to be anything special.

I thought it was great, without looking at her filmography, I would have to agree.. I could be forgetting something

I don't care what anybody here says! I think that this Movie is hands down without question Lea Seydoux's Best Film. Agreed. Not only does it have some of the best sex scenes I've seen in a mainstream movie, but both leads, Lea included, actually deliver searing performances. There's a scene towards the end of the movie when they argue... I don't think I've ever seen a more realistic portrayal of such a moment between lovers in any movie ever. I was actually moved.

I Knew Somebody Was Going To Mention That Sex Scene! LOL, I was hoping this would at the very least go about 6 or 7 posts in before it got mentioned but I guess not. I do understand why though!

Room in Rome (2010) (6.5-7/10) tops this movie hands down. while Blue is watchable, it's ultimately forgettable. i gave it a 5/10 (Thumbs Down). My money is on Spectre (2015) (7.5-8/10) ; hands down. Yeah, I did like Lea Seydoux in " SPECTRE" as well.

As much as I like Lea Seydoux there were a lot of the problems with 'Blue is the Warmest Colour' including abuse both actresses have publicly spoken about and here are some good examples below.'Lesbians React To Sex In ‘Blue Is The Warmest Color’: It Was Like ‘An Infomercial For A Kitchen Product’www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/11/12/lesbians-react-sex-blue-is-the-warmest-color_n_4259774.htmlThe sex scenes were ludicrous, unrealistic and over the top which is not surprising when you consider that the movie was directed by a male and both actresses were heterosexual and had no idea what they were doing and I would say modern porn sites like Girlsway (which is owned by Bree Mills who is one of the most progressive people in the industry today) are far more realistic 'cause they actually use real lesbian and Bisexual actresses like Bree Daniels but we are talking about the movie industry which has long been ran by sexist pigs so it wasn't surprising. 'Blue Is the Warmest Colour' is just another example of the industry's hatred for us (lesbian movie No.42 with a bad ending) 'cause God knows we can't have happy endings unless we are paired with men.

anthonyrocks she was okay in the movie but the movie itself is pretty strong. but in terms of females in the Craig era... i think Eva Green is easily the highlight as she's got the best chemistry with Daniel Craig. although in terms of hottest, from Craig era, i would likely go with Monica Bellucci. p.s. in fact, i think in terms of chemistry on screen between Bond and a Bond Girl there is two that stand out from the pack which are... Honor Blackman/Sean Connery in Goldfinger (1964) and then Eva Green/Daniel Craig in Casino Royale (2006).

Hmmm, a controversial 10-minute leso scene... disgusting. Of course, I'll need to see it first before judging it.

What I find interesting is if you do an ebay search for "Criterion blu" you'll come up with a lot of hits for used copies of this film. Makes me wonder if the hype is more than the substance.
