I haven't seen everything by any of these directors except for Allen, but of the films I've seen and remember well enough (in order from worst to least-worst):
Spielberg AI Minority Report War of the Worlds Hook ET
(AI is the only one I've hated. The others I think have some flaws, but I don't dislike them.)
Kubrick Dr. Strangelove Eyes Wide Shut Barry Lyndon Lolita Killer's Kiss
(but the first two are the only two I dislike--and I really, really hate Strangelove. I haven't seen the other three in a long time, and I haven't seen anything earlier than Killer's Kiss)
Fincher The Social Network The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Zodiac
( . . . those are the only ones that I think have any problems. I hated The Social Network. The other two I liked alright, but they were a bit slow, and particularly Zodiac was overrated in my opinion. I think it was a good film, but not as great as the hype it received.)
Allen What's Up, Tiger Lily? Another Woman September Interiors Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex
(Tiger Lily is the only one I think is a failure overall. The middle three are just not my bag in terms of genre. I don't care for realist dramas. Allen overall is easily one of my favorite writer/directors, however.)
Scorsese The Last Temptation of Christ The Age of Innocence The Aviator Hugo Shutter Island
(Scorsese has done a few of my favorite films--After Hours, Taxi Driver, and the King of Comedy specifically, but a number of his films I've hated, and even some that are infamous that I've liked overall I think are pretty overrated. For one, he's been desperately in need of a far more aggressive editor for much of his career.)

Steven Spielberg
1. War Horse 2. The Lost World: Jurassic Park 3. Indiana Jones & the Temple of Doom 4. Hook 5. The Terminal (not seen: Sugarland Express, Always, Amistad, Crystal Skull)
Stanley Kubrick
1. Eyes Wide Shut 2. 2001 3. Full Metal Jacket 4. Lolita 5. The Killing (not one of these is bad) (not seen: Killer's Kiss, Fear and Desire)
David Fincher
1. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button 2. Alien 3 3. The Game 4. Panic Room 5. Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (Benjamin Button is the only one I dislike)
With Allen and Scorsese, there are enough of the "bad ones" I haven't seen that I'll just skip them for now.

It's like someone who doesn't like Spielbeg made a parody of a Spielberg movie, only it's an actual Spielberg movie and completely serious.
