First off let me say I love Remakes. prequels. sequels. spinoffs. video game adaptations and comic book films the day Hollywood stops making these types of films is the day i'll stop going to the theatre maybe its because I'm a young (i'm 25 years old) But I consider the current state of movies a golden age and I really hope the remake. prequel. sequel. spinoff. video game and comic book genres don't end until atleast 50 year from now
Remakes I want to see
The Prowler - I loved My Bloody Valentine remake Prowler remake would be real good
The Rifleman - Matthew Mcconaughey anyone?
Little House on the Prairie - Again Matthew Mcconaughey anyone?
Have Gun Will Travel
Bonanza
Gunsmoke

Any of those Ray Harryhausen stopmotion movies. Better than Clash of the Titans (2010) though. Ugh!
Pulp themed superhero characters such as The Shadow and The Phantom. Shame Black is attached to a Doc Savage movie at the moment.

Doc Savage will be a joke. The George Pal version was harmed by the same studio shenanigans--the owners just couldnt have a strong super smart blonde guy as a hero without some kind of mockery attached.
If they remake it now they would only let it be played straight if he is not a white guy or he has to be crying about his mother/father.

I think it's been long overdue for The Wizard of Oz to receive a film adaptation that's closer to the book.

League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. One appears to be in the works, but that was a while ago.
Hellraiser- maybe a remake closer to the story. Pinhead was a female in the story (not kidding) and there were a few other differences.
Christine- ugh how anyone can like the John carpenter movie is beyond me. It may be a good Carpenter movie but it's a god awful adaption of the book.
Sometimes They Come Back- one of the lesser known Stephen King movies. While the movie was good and was actually a bit of a tearjerker at the end, it was nothing like the story. Would like to see a remake follow the story.
Wild Wild West- I'm in the minority here. While I loved the movie it was a very bad remake of the show. Yes I know it was a spoof, but I don't think a spoof was the right way to go with this movie. If they remade this movie today it could be really awesome and be more like the show.
Drop Dead Fred- Such a bad movie, but I do think a remake could work. Someone suggested Megan Foxx and I could see that working and especially if they make Megan pick her nose like the actress in the original did. She did make it look sexy in the original.
Garbage Pail Kids- not a remake but a new adaption. As a horror movie.
