The world's first TV sitcom was Pinwright's Progress (1946-1947, UK). The world's second television sitcom was Mary Kay and Johnny (1947-1950, USA).
So randomly, I often think to myself: What was the world's third television sitcom?
It may have been The Laytons (1948, USA), but that's just a guess. The Laytons is perhaps best known for being the first TV sitcom to have a regular African-American character (OK, she was a maid, but it was still a step towards diversity).
I really would like to know for certain what the world's third television sitcom was....

Wouldn't it be funny if demons listen to classical music.

It's a real shame they never gave Ringo Starr his own sitcom.

Was it really Emily Elizabeth's love that made Clifford grow so big, or was Mark Howard involved in some sort of illegal experiments aimed at creating an army of giant mutant dogs?

I sometimes wonder what it would be like to go to a bar, game, museum, or some other place where I can meet people and just pretend that I was somebody else for the day. and what stops you from trying it? Well, I'm married for starters. I can't just disappear for a day.

If we made contact with an alien race, would our furniture design become influenced by their furniture design?
