One of the reasons, anyways ...
Charactors ... and how they are portrayed by the actors playing them.
You can go right down the list of Marvel actors, almost without exception. Actors at the top of their game who can really bring their characters to life. You care about the characters. Even a barely talking tree is more charismatic than the DC characters we've seen so far.
Batman - a stiff Superman - stinky-face stiff Wonder Woman - beautiful, but a stiff. The cast of Suicide Squad - who?
The DC characters have been little more than animated action figures, played by 2nd rate actors who might look the part, but couldn't act their way out of a shoe box if their life depended on it.
Maybe Jasom Momoa can break the mold, but so far DC has really dropped the ball by putting their emphasis on how someone might look in a super suit ... or a mini skirt.

You're definitely right on how the MCU portrays their characters accurately on screen compared to the DCEU, but I'm going to have to disagree about Wonder Woman being a stiff. I think she's the only the DCEU superhero that's a fully fleshed out character that actually emotes instead of being a brute.

Aquaman and Flash looks like they are going in the opposite direction of Superman and Batman, also. I hope they did some changes to Cyborg. Most people that have seen the character recently are more use to the "Booyah!" Cyborg than the Terminator one.
