RE: Your list. Nice list a bit Tom Baker Heavy hehehe (just teasing) a few of these may appear on my list whenever I come up with it. It is a nice Top Tom Baker list. I have seen stories by every classic Doctor, from Hartnell to McCoy. But Tom Baker was my first Doctor and he remains my favorite.

What are your favorite Classic Who adventures? Big Tom Baker fan? Considering the show went on for 26 years and had seven Doctors, your show seems really skewed towards the mid 1970s and 9 out of 10 of the episodes on your list are Tom Baker episodes. As for me, I haven't seen enough Classic Who to give a "definite" top 10 episodes from the 1963-1989 version of the franchise, but I suspect I will have plenty of time to catch up, since its likely the BBC has now killed nuWho for good.

Yes, Tom Baker is obviously my favorite Doctor. I, like a lot of classic Who fans, regard the Hinchcliffe/Holmes era (Seasons 12-14) as Doctor Who's Golden Era. I also enjoy some of Season 15 quite a lot, but I don't care for the remainder of Baker's era. As for me, I haven't seen enough Classic Who to give a "definite" top 10 episodes from the 1963-1989 version of the franchise, but I suspect I will have plenty of time to catch up, since its likely the BBC has now killed nuWho for good. Yeah, I heard that they cast a woman as the next Doctor. I've never watched NuWho before and now I'm never going to start!

I watch two episodes (and neither in its entirety) and that was ENOUGH for me.

For those of you who listed "The Talons of Weng-Chiang" as a favorite, this obit appeared on Doctor Who News dated July 17, 2017.
Actor and playwright Trevor Baxter, age 84.
Graduating from RADA in 1961, Baxter appeared in a variety of shows since his debut in the 1950s, chalking up credits in a number of well-known series such as Adam Adamant Lives!, Z Cars, Thriller, The New Avengers, George and Mildred, Rumpole of the Bailey, and in later years roles such as Lanyon in Jack The Ripper, Gordon Naylor in The Politician's Wife, and Dr Albrigtsen in Maelstrom. On the big screen, he appeared in films including Nutcracker, Parting Shots, Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow and Van Wilder: The Rise of Taj.
However, for Doctor Who fans it is the pairing up with Christopher Benjamin to play Professor George Litefoot alongside Henry Gordon Jago that he will be remembered for. Created for the 1977 fourth Doctor tale The Talons of Weng-Chiang, the partnership proved popular and memorable, and though rumours of a spin-off television series never came to fruition at the time, the duo found new life through Big Finish with their own series of audio adventures.
Louise Jameson played Leela alongside Baxter in The Talons of Weng-Chiang and today paid tribute to the actor.
Unbelievably sad to learn that marvellous TrevorBaxter has left the building. He has been in my life since 1976.Witty and vibrant to the end.
Off-screen, Baxter appeared with the Royal Shakespeare Company, and was also an accomplished playwright, with plays such as Edith Grove, The Undertaking, Ripping Them Off and Through A Glass Darkly. In 2003 he adapted Oscar Wilde's A Portrait of Dorian Gray for the stage, and in 2005 Wilde's short story Lord Arthur Savile's Crime.

I own the 3-disc "Talons" special edition, and Baxter and Benjamin were both in the special features. RIP Dr. Litefoot.

I discovered today a new (to me) Youtube channel of Doctor Who content. Here's just one example:
I haven't watched the whole thing, but I watched enough to learn that 6 out of 10 of my personal top ten stories made it on to his list.
