explaining trump to your surviving children
after you've sewn together the remaining radioactive pieces of what used to be your kids and you found the strength and the two by fours to prop them up outside your kitchen doors please record the speech you're preparing as to why their insides are glaring and this time make it sound daring because it's been done thousands of times before and has yet to actual prove anything but an insatiable appetite to score things a sewn together child won't be using any more.

I have no idea why America's bureaucracy, legislation and judicial system are not significantly independent of each other. I mean this person who made such comments on gays and transgendered should never be considered for federal judgeship. Don't you guys have any civil service examinations? It's extremely disgusting to see a so called first world country (though I personally believe America is an extremely backward country and should be classified as such ) often chooses morons and idiots in positions of power.

I'm in favour of sterilizing them to reduce the threat of stupid inheriting positions of power.

Obama was a villain for his part in Libya intervention and you are a villain in asking us to take our eyes of another evil and look at the one you don't like. Here's what American: Uncle Bush or Obama, you folks will keep creating havoc in countries weaker than your Country. Your country is not be trusted irrespective of who is in power. This is primarily because of your two party system which encourages you to not look beyond your own propaganda.

This sort of thing is good evidence against the belief that holding especially a graduate degree implies that you'd be unusually smart, wise, etc. This person clearly holds a JD, yet here they are believing that transgenders are part of "Satan's plan."

They look like giant flying dicks, which might be another reason why he (as a homosexual) liked them so much.

That's not so much a "belief" as it is a demonstrable fact, supported by direct observational evidence.

His comments are being vetted and to do it any other way curbs the right to speech.
There's nothing so far to indicate that his legal decisions are based on his personal opinions (I have no idea why so many people think that a judge will decide matters based on public opinion rather than law, but it pops up all the time and among both parties.).
Considering that the dude is being nominated by a party that is distinctly against transgender rights, it's not even surprising.
A civil service test that would disqualify people based on their personal views would be inherently discriminatory against all and thus would make America suckier. Further there is no reason for anyone to change their views on the basis of the government changing theirs.
To be clear this has nothing to do with him being a good pick, only that he has a right to try out for the job.
He probably does suck, but his suckiness will be brought out in normal channels and, if he gets through, it's the fault of the American people for choosing Trump in the first place & who has already done more damage for transgender rights than this guy ever will.

Nah, it's more likely that you (as a homosexual) see dicks everywhere, and like to project your feelings on to other people.

Sure, judges always follow law & precedent. Now we have blacks and whites fighting, reds and yellows fighting, Democrats and Republicans fighting, men and women fighting. What’s going to unite us? What’s going to bring us back together? A president? A Congress? No. It’s going to be God.
