Too bad it didn't do well Domestically.
America is tired of the MCU. Transformers 4 grossed more than Spider-Man Homecoming because of the World Wide B.O.
Guess Transformers 4 is better than SMH

It's not about feeling like you accomplished something, so I really do wonder why you make it out that way. I'm sure we did discuss that. I don't remember it, but my memory fails me every time. I agree, that's how it is. That's how it should be. It's just that some people (on both sides) don't treat it that way. They think that they had a big influence on the success of a movie when they obviously didn't. Like I said in an earlier post, all this bickering is making me hate both Wonder Woman and Spider-Man. |

As far as the studios are concerned, domestic box office has taken a back seat to the international box office.
The studios are looking for the domestic market to cover the cost of making/marketing a movie. International is where the gravy comes from these days.
That would be a real bad guess. No one equates quality with box office ... except you, apparently.

If the DCEU keeps heading on the same path, they'll be on the same boat as Transformers. They already are. BvS should have been a sure bet to kick the shit out of Civil War, but it only didn't, but failed to even make $900 million and won a bunch of Golden Razzies. |
