Roast Pork or Roast Beef... either oven roasted or slow-cooker (pot-roast) method. Which tickles your fancy more?

Well, all my life I'd have said roast beef, but I've had damn good pork lately. So I'm stuck.

Roast Beef. I have some cajun r.b. in the fridge now.
The All-American Diner in Baxter, Tennessee serves a mouthwatering roast beef hotshot! And they have bottles of hot sauce right on the tables.
But I just bought a Smithfield garlic & herb marinated pork tenderloin.
Going to put it and all the juicy marinade liquid in the crock pot on Sat. with 3 cans of shelley green beans going right in with it. And fix a box of Cracker Barrel harvarti mac & cheese.

For most of my life i'd say beef, bloody rare. However,my current wife will only eat it so well done it's like shoe leather. A couple years of trying various ways to satisfy each I gave up and no longer roast beef and only roast pork.

My ex is muslim and didn't want to eat "blood", so I always cooked it that way. The meat becomes very tender. It´s perfect for game, but lamb and beef work just as well. strictlypaleoish.wordpress.com/2013/03/02/tjalknol/

Yes, that and the fact that I used to live and work in muslim countries is part of the reason I know a whole lot more about Islam than you. Still think that Syria is in southern Asia? Or have you locked at the map for the first time in your life?
