in terms of movies in that general line...
1.The Ninth Gate (1999) - 8/10 (Emmanuelle Seigner's character i think would be close enough to the topic to list)
2.The Devil's Advocate (1997) - 7.5-8/10 (Al Pacino's character)
p.s. The Ninth Gate is underrated as i like the general mood of that as it's a pretty unique movie if you ask me as nothing else feels like it out there if you ask me.
