I'm specifically referring to intellectual and well-spoken people who can do hand-to-hand combat. The only ones I can think of are BEAST from X-MEN and HARRY from KINGSMAN. You might think of JAMES BOND (since I mentioned KINGSMAN) but I'm not sure if he counts.

Why would James Bond not fit your criteria?

Indiana Jones. Barring Crystal Skull, there's typically one scene when he is dressed to the nines and carrying on a conversation with continental types.

James Bond should absolutely count... In fact, the 007 character probably qualifies as the epitome of "classy action hero".

I'm a ghetto kid.
I don't want to see badass action heroes being classy.

I'm also curious as to why you wouldn't include Bond. Especially considering that "Kingsmen" is a spoof of the Bond prototype. What about Derek Flint (James Coburn)?

Most of the time he's dressed like an adventurer and he's shown dirty and sweaty. That's how it should be for someone who does the things he does, but my point is that he's too rough and gritty to be classy.

What about Obi-Wan Kenobi? He's a wise warrior, which isn't really the same.

Don't you remember all those scenes in the old movies where M would ask him what he knows about "insert topic" and then he'd give a really detailed and knowledgeable answer. He knows everything. He was even a Royal Navy Commander at one point.
