It's kind of a "blink and you'll miss it" moment, but it's funny when you actually do. I'm referring to the moment when the TRex flips over the Jeep on its backside. In addition to being able to see the safety rope attached to the car, you can also see a potted tree (WTF) a random stage light and a piece of metal leaning against the fence. In this era of blu-ray, it makes me wonder why they never fixed that mistake. Digitally removing all this stuff should be easy nowadays.

I used to watch this quite frequently on VHS when I was younger, but for years I never noticed that when Nedry is talking to Dodgson on the call through his computer, he's actually just talking to a video file playing. You can see the standard IRIX video player, even including the bar/volume options on the screen. This gif sums it up nicely:

We got our first Windows 95 computer and I remember seeing JP after getting the computer and thinking this. Nice job.

This gif sums it up nicely: I guess they figured most audiences in 1993 would have missed that since most of us didn't have computers 24 years ago. But in this age of YouTube and other video websites, which can be accessed on your phone these days, that's pretty blatant.
