"If it was perfect, they wouldn't have re-cut it 100 times." I've been saying this for years.  Even in its final cut it's still not a perfect film. It wasn't perfect the first time either with the theatrical cut. Still a good film though.

Well.... Ridley only had his hand completely on one cut, since I think the studio took over for the TC, and he wasn't actually involved with the one labeled "Director's Cut"
