And yeah you would probably consider older movies "fascist" given how SJW commie most movies are nowadays.
The Man With No Name is pretty much a fascist. In For A Few Dollars More he and Van Cleef are after a Mexican rapist.
Very un PC.

You are as incompetent as you are stupid. Haha are you taking insult lessons from Darth Vader? Anyway I think you all would hate euro films-since they dubbed them most of the time. It doesn't matter who I took my insult lessons from, because its accurate, Adolf.

Yes, you hate black people, Asians, Hispanics, and everyone else who isn't a white macho man. And you accuse me of generalizations! So unfortunate.

So when's your next Klan meeting, Clem? I am not into big gatherings. Besides, there are so many peeps waking up to the globalist BS such things are irrelevant. I would rather watch a movie. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

I LIKE my heroes to be less than perfect Marty Stus. So I take it you have never seen a Leone Man With No Name movie? Both Clint Eastwood and Lee Van Cleef get their asses handed to them. There is no such thing as perfection in a traditional movie. It's more realistic. Then you haven't been watching that many modern movies if all you're judging them on are Summer Blockbusters. You haven't even watched it, what do you know?

You haven't even watched it, what do you know? The summary gave me all I needed to know. Hollywood movies all follow a very narrow multicultural globalist formula. Even in the days of Dirty Harry, it was always a message of "failure" unless the character is some kind of wimpy person or anyone other than a white male. I don't mind variations in character and plot, but it has become ridiculously obvious and boring.

We're past the time of Marty Stu heroes, deal with it. 2000 year old story types never go out of fashion. Media companies that don't care about public tastes are only a few decades old. Leone westerns had little publicity in the media in the West and have become some of the best known films of the 60s--eclipsing many Hollywood major films with 10X the budget. Ditto for Hammer. Van Helsing was an alpha male defending the homeland from an evil foreigner. Dracula by modern definitions is a fascist work of fiction--but such fools have no taste so fuck em. If you like Wall Street banker--fashioned movies--good for you. I prefer the normal kind.

Bad for everyone who want their characters to have some personality.

I bet you wont find many who think they are boring characters because they aren't whining about their father not loving them. Or requiring a globalist crew to solve problems.

Wrong. I don't like humor whenever it can be used, and you ARE a stick in the mud. You're way overblowing a non-issue by claiming it ruined the film for you. Such nonsense. So I'm a stick in the mud because my opinions are different than yours. Got it.

I have, and what makes those movies good are the supporting characters and the action. Not the leads. Unforgiven took a different approach which is why it's the modern classic it is (well, as Modern as you can be for an early 90s flick).

Unforgiven is about a former gunfighter who fails to keep his promise to his wife. He tries to be non violent but once his partner is killed he goes nuts. Then he becomes a grocer. The end. Every Hollywood Eastwood movie injects some kind of neurosis or fail message. The only westerns he did with no such message were the Leone ones. And I have never heard anyone say that the characters other than the Man with no Name or Harmonica are the interesting ones. They are all interesting. The only thing with Eastwood's character is that he has no back story.

In a truly awesome way. Yes. The ones that needed everything else to be interesting to make up for the leads.
