This is a big question because over 16 films (and counting quickly), and over a dozen seasons of television, there are quite a lot of scenes.
But what 5 scenes stand out as your favorite in the MCU?

I'm a super MCU geek as everybody here probably knows and trying to narrow it down to 5 was bending my mind into a pretzel last night lol.

My favorite scene hands down is in CA: TWS . The highway battle scene where Fury thinks he's in the clear but ahead of him awaits the Winter Soldier. Straight up badass scene right there. Perfectly directed /executed with a great use of music too.

Perfectly directed /executed with a great use of music too. I have to say, I can't argue with that lol. It's an amazing scene from start to finish. I love the showdown inside the vehicle, I love the pace, I love that part where the camera is tracking across the intersection as the cars make a drifting left hand turn. I agree. It's really really up there for sure.

Graveyard scene with Daredevil and Frank Castle. "You ever been tired, Red?"
The Avengers regrouping before the big battle in New York City. Come on, say what you want about the circle camera spin, but that scene of them all coming together and preparing for the fight was a epic moment!
Captain America speech in The Winter Soldier, especially the follow up to shield agents standing up and fighting back against Hydra.
The end fight between Cap and Iron Man inn Civil War.
Iron Man fighting Terrorist and freeing civilians in Iron Man.

Action: 'Geekout scenes'
Daredevil hallway fight from season 1. It shows more the man than the powerset but it's so fantastic it has to be listed here.
The tracking shot from Avengers. Nuff said, I think.
Causeway fight from Winter Soldier. Excellently choreographed from start to finish, filled with tension and clever stuntwork both in terms of gunplay and h2h combat.
Iron Man strutting his stuff as global peace enforcer in Iron Man. Fun sequence where he shows a lot of his capabilities and a proper introduction to how badass he can be when he wants to.
The Avengers come together to defend the detonator from Ultron in AoU. I know a lot of people didn't like this flick as much but I really enjoyed the hell out of it, and that scene is off the charts awesome if you're a long time Avengers comics fan. Earth's Mightiest Heroes in all their glory, coming together and acting together as a unit. Just awesome action on display, everyone using their powers to compliment one another and kicking ass. And in the end, Vision, Thor and IM come together as if to say 'enough is enough,' to Ultron and put him in his place. Love. That. Scene.
Drama: 'Goosebump scenes'
The opening scene in Daredevil season 1. Right off the bat you're fully invested in this character, it's just incredible writing as well as acting.
The final 'fight' in Guardians of the Galaxy. Not so much the fight, but Peter coming to terms with his regret over his mother's death and using it as mental fortitude to see the job through. I love the call back and how it's used, I really get a kick out of those 'everything happens for a reason' moments in film when they're done right.
Just mentioned this scene in another post, but Tony watching the movie Howard made for him in IM 2. Such heart in that scene, it gave real insight into Tony and Howard's fractured relationship and showed how Howard managed to pass his own character flaws down to Tony. Just brilliant stuff in a movie where it probably didn't belong.
On a similar note, Drax staring off into the distance as he remembered his daughter while Mantis touches him and cries. GOTG 2 is a tough movie to decipher because the humor is so zany, yet the emotional beats get fairly intense from time to time (Yondu's death/funeral). The scene with Drax just works so well because he's largely a walking punchline and he's so boisterous throughout the film; yet when it comes to his deceased daughter he's stoic and introverted. He won't let the audience feel his pain, so Mantis does it for us.
Kind of a dark horse entry here, but the quick shot of the kids pretending to be Captain America at the end of TFA. That's what a hero does, he inspires. We didn't need a five minute funeral scene, that little shot told you everything you needed to know about the man and his legacy. He fought and died (so far as anyone knew) so those kids could play games in freedom, and his sacrifice won't be forgotten. It's so quick and simple but it's a powerful image, at least to me.
Honestly there are so many great 'character moments' in these flicks that I could go on all day if you let me. The humor and the action are great, but the films just wouldn't work without great characters to follow.

Back on imdb it was critized and made fun of, but I love that shot. everything that they built up to since the first Iron Man was in that shot, The Avengers assembling!

Dormammu is in the Strange movie?! Well, damn. In the immortal words of Jim Ross, "Business just picked up!" I didn't realize they'd ever adapted that character onscreen.
