Tyrese Gibson Blames Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson for 'Fast & Furious 9' Delay
Is it the Rock's fault he has so many projects to do at one time and Tyrese doesn't? The fourth film in this franchise was supposed to be an Homage to the original only, a way to close the story. Then "The Rock" agreed to do one, and appeared in "Fast Five" that re-energized the franchise and took it to new heights.
Tyrese wouldn't even be doing these films without 'The Rock' joining for "Fast Five".

Man, Tyrese is "HONGRY" and a man "gots to eat".
Quoting from the various films in the franchise. I believe part 2 in particular.

Vin Diesel has always come off as douchey to me. Tyrese just seems like his lap dog. It's no wonder The Rock would want to do a character he liked playing without the constant hassle of these idiots to work with every day. Michelle Rodriguez is also unhappy with her role. The franchise is fun, but I think they should have quit after Paul Walker died.

I have to agree that the series should have ended with Walker's untimely death. It's a fun franchise but I think it's about played out unless they got back to the roots and have it deal with underground street racing. I'm just not big on all these world ending terrorists that some gear heads have to stop.
I know I'm in the minority but I actually liked Tokyo Drift. It was closer to the original film in a lot of ways even though it had completely different characters (outside of Diesel's cameo at the end).
I've actually seen all the films in the theaters minus the newest one (i had to wait until the disc came out) and they are impressive on the big screen which I think is one of the main draws. But I do lament the intimacy of the first film and Tokyo Drift. The scope was much smaller and it made for a better film.

mysterioman007but you know that will never happen because of the $$$ they make guarantee's it was going to keep on going. it's going to be milked for years as i don't see that series $$$ dropping enough for them to seriously consider stopping the series for the foreseeable future as even if they are doing anything in the ball park of $500mil worldwide they will still easily get made (assuming budgets are kept within reason).

I really Really REALLY hope that they bring back Charlize Theron as the Main Villain again.
I thought that She was Freaking Awesome in "THE FATE OF THE FURIOUS".
