Their big game for the day is West Virginia vs TCU. And, it's a good pick, it is also why Game Day comes from the TCU campus today. Two ranked teams going hard. Should be a good game.
But, that match up would have been small potatoes back in the day if on the same day, like today, there was a Florida St. vs Miami game. It is a game steeped in history with great teams on both sides.
How times have changed.
Also, I think Alabama vs Texas A & M should be pretty good too.

Ha. Watching the pregame of Illinois-Iowa and somebody is holding up a sign in the backround that says "Illinois to the MAC" ha.
Of course I will be watching the aforementioned game , then probably channel surf until I find an interesting game. Might settle on LSU-Florida to see how LSU responds to last week's loss to mighty Troy.

penn state @ n'western has been solid so far. 10-0 penn st. at the half. 17-13 Iowa here. Illinois is moving the ball and the Hawks have 2 turnovers so I'm happy with that for now. I'm surprised that Northwestern has shut down Barkley. Last I checked he was negative yards. |

Oklahoma leading 24-13, Penn State 17-0, Clemson 21-0, Georgia 28-7, Auburn 38-10; other than the closer Oklahoma-Iowa St game, it looks like all the others involving ranked teams are rather boring lopsided affairs. A minor game between non-ranked teams Duke 14-14 Virginia (now halftime) is the one game that has been more competitive but who cares for these two teams? So far, not a good start for a college football Saturday.

Oklahoma can't shake the nattily clad Iowa State Cyclones (best uni of the year, so far, while OU looks like 11 tampons).
Saquon Barkley; 10 carries, -7 yards. The Heisman is wide open again. Trace McSorley should be carving up the Wildcats since Northwestern is keying everyone on Barkley.

Iowa St. leads Oklahoma by 7 with two minutes to play. Hot damn.
Looking like upset weekend. First NC State took out Louisville, now this.
The Cyclones have scored on five consecutive possessions. They're going to upset #3 Oklahoma in their house.
