Alien - Ripley’s bloody nose before Ash beats her up. In Die Hard 2 the general's wings keep changing from the left-side to the right-side back-and-forth.

US military personnel wearing hats indoors. As anyone who's been in the military for a week will know, that is verboten.

Gun Silencers making that annoyingly fake "swish" movie sound. the only one I remember doing it correctly was Zero Dark Thirty.

...in the MASH TV series, Colonel Blake mocks his wife for over using credit cards...did they even have credit cards during the Korean war?
I could be wrong...

I don't think Visa and Master Charge existed until the sixties, but there were department store cards well before that. Here's more than you might want to know. I still have store cards for Marshall Fields, Carson Pirie Scott, Hechts, Wards – all defunct. Update: I see Carson Pirie Scott still exists but as "Carsons".

I love the 1983 film Bad Boys with Sean Penn, but this goof is inexcusable. Note the cameraman at the top left part of the screen.

"STAR TREK V: The Final Frontier" - There were a couple of mistakes during the Shuttlebay fight scene between Captain Kirk (William Shatner) and Sybok (Laurence Luckinbill) that you can see.

Finn in The Force Awakens has a goofy personality uncharacteristic of someone who was raised to be a stormtrooper. Glaring mistake but nobody noticed.

In Pulp Fiction, the bullet holes in the wall behind John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson before "Jerry Seinfeld" shoots at them.
Also in Die Hard 2, the geographically inaccurate Pacific Bell phone booth metro Washington DC- unless they were a coast to coast company, which they weren't in 1990.

De Niro in The Deer Hunter has a beard while still in the army, has inexplicably become a Staff Sergeant, sports an Air Medal, and he's wearing his damn hat indoors!

All those movies that are supposed to amass the most evil people in the world, yet not one of them is the guy who takes the pictures for driver licenses.
What a crock!
