I'm still confused. I don't know how I ended up in the DDC. I'm just happy to be here. Thank you, Matt Garth. Congrats to Spider and to everyone that was brave enough to play here today.

I found it confusing, too, Julie. We were at a disadvantage since there were so many American television actors and television shows. I'd never heard of most of them before. I can understand, mick, and @juliekohler . I feel that way when there are too many new films. Then I'm at a real disadvantage and usually don't do very well at all. In a post of telescoping quotes about confusion, I too found it confusing. I kept looking for Richard Greene to match up with Richard Todd (who was not in the list) since I grew up mixing them up all the time. They both played Robin Hood in the early 50s and both had British roots. Richard Todd was Robin Hood in an early live-action Disney movie, The Story of Robin Hood and His Merrie Men (1952) and Richard Green played Robin Hood in a TV series, The Adventures of Robin Hood which lasted 144 episodes from 1955 to 1960. The next question would be: Was Robin Hood really a CRIMESTOPPER?

Good point, Kijii. And yes he was a crime stopper, besting Prince John and Guy of Gisbourne and the Sheriff of Nottingham at every turn.
Unfortunately there were no links -- Flynn to Connery, Costner to Crowe, Greene to Todd.
Robin Hood, Robin Hood Riding through the Glen Robin Hood, Robin Hood With his band of men Feared by the bad Loved by the good Robin Hood, Robin Hood, Robin Hood

Wow. Looking back over this, I realize that I could have possibly won this game if I had just read and followed the rules. I'm going to think long and hard about maybe doing that in the future. Tonight I'm wracked with regret and self-loathing. I know! Red wine!

(sigh) Why do I even bother to carefully and precisely establish any rules?
How can I soar with eagles when I have to work with turkeys?
