MrFurious says 10 more years, I say to MrFurious you are being a tad conservative there, can easily squeeze another 20 out of the old dog yet.
I think we can all agree our lives would be a lot more gloomy with Wenger not in it.
I missed the match yesterday, but as soon as I saw the score I was straight on youtube to watch Arsenal Fan TV, and also spotted Troy Deeney of Watford savaging Arsenal on BT Sport. Very unusual for a current professional to be so forthright with their views.

Arsenal fans are ridiculous. He's won 3 trophies in the last 4 years, he signed a new contract about 6 months ago and they want him fired after 8 games.
Regarding those fans in the video, what sort of cunt can't pronounce the name of the guy who has been manager for the last 20 years? Brexit voters no doubt, shouldn't be listened to on any decision of consequences.

You wouldn't want the manager at United gone if he had done the same as Wenger over the past 10 years? 3 FA Cup wins but constantly failing to challenge for the PL or in Europe? Not forgetting all the humiliating results in all that time to fellow big teams.

In those 10 years they've won 3 trophies and had several strong title challenges - e.g. 2007/08 where they were top before a horrible series of results, 2009/10 and 2010/11 when they were right in it up until May and 2015/16 where they finished second. They've also reached the Last 16 of the Champions League every year, yeah they've lost, but they've drawn one of the top 3 sides in Europe on almost every occasion. Arsenal aren't United, they don't have the same budget. The expectations for United are always going to be higher. They've finished above United the last 4 seasons in a row though.

They weren't in a title challenge in 2015/16. They were out of the running and just happened to finish second due to Spurs bottling the last few games. To challenge for a title IMO, you'd have to have a chance of winning the title near the end of the season. I don't remember if that was true of 2009/10 and 2010/11 but it's coming up to 10 years. Unlikely they'll be doing it this season. Would you accept 3 FA Cups and no real title challenges in the span of 7 years from a manager for United, when it looks now more than ever, you're as far away from being in a title challenge as you were 7 years ago? You wouldn't.

Why do idiots always talk about Arsenal as though they're some plucky mid-table team punching above their weight? They have one of the best squads in the country and can spend money on players like Ozil, Sánchez and Lacazette easily. Truth is, they're only a defender and top class CDM away from being genuine contenders. But Wenger is totally incompetent. Has been for over a decade.
This is a manager who, even in his supposed pomp, couldn't win two titles in a row. As soon as that defence built by Graham declined THAT was the end of him. Yeah, things could get worse if he leaves, but not much worse and even if they did, there's nothing to stop you sacking them and moving on to the next manager. That's what United did after Moyes.
One of the reasons Liverpool haven't won a title in 28 years is because they spent a decade kidding themselves that it was just a blip and the title would come along any second now. They wasted time with dead wood like Souness and Evans before even thinking about making a serious change.

After Wenger dies, Arsenal will hire a medium so he's able to continue his fine work after death.

Ozil and Sanchez apart and maybe Lacazette is that too few of the"big names" go to Arsenal and Arsene seems fond of telling the world how he NEARLY signed, Ronaldo, Messi, etc.,etc. He was never linked with Lukaku or Morata as far as I know. He's not after Greizmann or Bale or Tomas Lemar although he's talked about this guy who looks better than MBappe and Dembele. Pep is talking about Messi. You're never gonna hear about Arsene being so ambitious. I think he's a little afraid of "superstars". Sanchez and Ozil want away because they know that they're never gonna win the CL or even the EPL with Wenger.
