Interesting topic, I like it.
I've never heard of this film. It's clearly a musical, I'm guessing the lady is a house keeper or some kind of civil servant judging by her attire. She's quite vigilant and orderly despite her jovial demeanor. She appears to be speaking a Nordic language.
I'm guessing she is one of the main characters.

You are correct that its a nordic language ( Norwegian ) and that she is one of the main characters. But its not a musical, And she is not a house keeper or a civil servant. |

This is another clip ( 1.39 min ) Well then, I'm intrigued to know of her profession. I'm not the most culturally informed person, so I'm assuming her position was something reminiscent of the time when this was set? mid 50's/60's maybe? The second clip you posted, looks like a work environment with the desk, phones and note on the wall, I get the impression the lady is a secretary of some kind or maybe an assistant. |

What strikes me is how much of a stage set-up this is, with both characters talking towards the camera/audience, and not directly to each other. Another thing is what the actress' face seems to tell about her character's personality. She seems confident, happy, but there is also a kind of mischief about her. |

That is what she is. She pretends to be a boy or a young man. And for some reason the old man in the clip don`t see that she is a woman. Well until the very end of the movie when she is in a dress. |

This is the full movie
The plot is this
When two guests who look exactly alike arrive at Hurlumhei hotel, the manager Poppe, thinking they are one person, begins questioning if he's going mad. Meanwhile, the daughter of the hotel director disguises herself as a bellhop at the hotel to prove to her father that she's not just a spoiled child.
