If people are interested in the movies, they'll go to see them.
I've got some older Miramax movies in my iTunes Library and I'm still interested in them.

I cant see the new Tarantino movie made at TWC or else where for that matter. Which actress will want to star in a movie where the director turned a blind eye to sexual abuse that he knew were going on.

I don't see ANY reason why upcoming movies should be negatively impacted by one mans personal actions. Literally hundreds of other people work on these movies, not to mention they were directed, written and produced or co-produced by other people. Does their work not count now because one man was an asshole?
If I worked my ass off and created a masterpiece should that work go down the toilet because the producer on the movie did something bad without my knowledge or consent? wtf?
His actions are his own.

Reminds me of Melancholia being disqualified because of Lar's von Trier's joke as well.

Reminds me of Melancholia being disqualified because of Lar's von Trier's joke as well. I'm a little more on the fence with that one. In that case A) HE made the joke himself, and B) The movie isn't really that great lol. But still, yeah, its funny how they pick and choose who gets "punished". One guys makes a joke and he gets slammed while another guy sodomizes a kid, hides out in Europe for years to avoid extradition, and they still flock to be in his movies. Who knows?

I just love this scandal. The way that it had morphed from a dumpster fire to a tire fire to a collapsing star that crushes everything that touches its orbit and does not allow even light to escape. We're gonna be here for a while.
