Christmas. For the reasons Bill Murray ranted about in the finale of Scrooged.

I definitely voted for Christmas also Easter is my second favorite holiday of all too . As for Halloween and New Years for me it's merely just fun event days for TV Show and Movie Marathons . Thanks so much sdrew13163 for your subject post .

I like labor day and memorial day the best. Because I have no family obligations on those days and I can do what I want whether it be going away for the weekend or whatever.

Christmas, although it can be boring if you have nothing to do and nowhere to go. Thanksgiving would be right after. It's enjoyable outside of the Black Friday madness.

Thanksgiving/4th of Jukly The 4th of July is my favorite holiday overall, but I figure that anyone that's not American probably couldn't care less, so I didn't add it. Good pick, though.

I would assume Christmas is the default answer for most people and by a comfortable margin to. it's what i selected also.
I just don't care about Halloween. hell, i have not went trick-or-treating since i was 12 years old (i am 38 now) even though i sorta tagged along with my cousin/sister (both about 2 years younger than myself) occasionally after that into their late teens or so but i never dressed up when i did that stuff with them. so the last official time i went trick-or-treating was when i was 12 years old which is basically 26 years old now.

Labor Day 1.) as I am a Union Man, and like that laborers get a day of appreciation, and 2.) Labor Day Weekend is my family reunion of my mother's family (mom was one of 12, and 93 when she died). We've had a little over 200 people at one reunion.

Easter because springtime. Christmas has become overwhelmed by retail suffocation. I celebrate Christmas season early Dec with movies, food, music, etc, before the crunch when I just wanna survive to see January 2nd.
Christmas morning has so much hype & hoopla built up that in actuality it's such a light & airy experience when it happens. I wish it wasn't on such a pedestal on the brain for 2-6wks prior. Our family eats dinner at 3pm or so, & yearly laugh at why all the stress & anticipation.
