I watched the first two seasons, but halfway through the third I gave up. Just lost interest in it.

Catman just watched the commercials. That was more than enough.

I watched seasons 2 and 3. It figures Season 3 ended with a huge cliffhanger. Also it was getting beyond silly. When season 2 finished they had an epilogue that sent the series fast forward 10 years into the future. So season 3 is 10 years after season 2, yet most of the main characters have barely aged. OK one of them had an excuse as he was believed to be dead but was cryogenically frozen.
"Also it was getting beyond silly" GETTING?

IMPO - This show and storyline was real good but it seemed to take too long to get back to with each new season ( so it was very easy to lose the flow of the on going storyline too ) ![:-/](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/undecided.png) . It also had not enough or at all in advertising to promote it as a reminder to viewers either especially no " catch-up marathons " leading up to the newest episode also like other shows do on different channels ![:-S](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wavey.png) . I believe if it had been on a better channel than CBS than it would of had a much better chance to expose more viewers to it and survived for another season as well ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) . So the incompetent way this was all handled with this most interesting show sadly it was inevitable ![:-S](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wavey.png) . Thanks so much taylorfirst1 for letting us know about this and for your subject post ![:))](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cheesy.png) .

I'm not sure why I continued watching Zoo after Season 1. I was surprised it actually got a second season (and even more surprised it got a third season). I think I only stuck with it as long as I did out of sheer morbid curiosity and because I like animals. Plus, where else were you going to see an earthquake-generating sloth?

If season 2 and 3 had been on par with season 1, the show could have lasted a few more years. The cancellation is not surprising at all. I feel bad for the actors & actresses involved but most of them should be able to find other regular work soon.

This is why you shouldn't get involved in discussions about shows you've never seen and know nothing about. Those who have watched Zoo understand what Chalice_Of_Evil is referring to.

I stopped watching after Season 1, but I had heard about that Sloth.
I saw the Antarctic Bats that knew how solar panels worked, and how they used that to their advantage by freezing a lesbian couple. That was hilarious.
Also that one episode which ripped scenes straight out of The Birds and The Thing.
The writers of that show must've been on some good acid!

I couldn't get past episode 3. I can't believe this show made it so many seasons.

The first season was really good. Anyone who has not seen it completely should watch it. Season 2 and 3 can be ignored.

I was interested in it, but like most shows now Had no idea when it was on or what channel at first. Then just before season 2 started I heard the casting news of Joanne Kelly being brought in for about 4 episodes maybe? So I started watching it and ended up liking it. Despite the camp and super silliness of the entire show I stuck with it.

First season was OK, second season started downhill, surprised it got a season 3 - which was totally out there, I mean it started to be nearly as bad as Aftermath (which I somehow stupidly kept watching just to see how bad it could get every week)
