Or to push a button? Do You like when You see something point something out with their middle finger? Do You get offended thinking it's secretly for You??

Catman does use that finger to point out to other drivers his displeasure with their driving.

One of my favourite TV characters uses his middle finger to point out to General Motors, Ford and Toyota that they can all go to hell for killing the Australian auto industry:

Do You use Your Middle Finger to Point things out? Not really. I do use it on occasion to scratch my head. As far as I know nobody's ever mistaken it for me subtly flipping them off...unlike Peter Capaldi's Doctor in Season 8 of Doctor Who.

Yes, for the pleasure of others. I don't think I've ever used it for it's intend, harmful purpose. It seems so inefficient. Words cut deeper I suppose.

I have a tendency to use my middle finger to represent the number 2 when I'm going through a list. So, for example, I'll use my index finger to say "One, [blah, blah, blah]," and then switch to my middle finger for "Two, [blah, blah, blah]." I then realize I'm flipping people off and I get embarrassed.

No, because I enjoy not having other people rearrange my features due to a misunderstanding over hand signals.

Of course, but I don't even realize I'm doing it half of the time. It's mostly on accident. For example, when I scratch my nose, my middle finger goes up and down. Thankfully, the people I was speaking to at the time didn't become offended.
I do remember doing that a lot in grammar school. Teachers used to go ballistic.
