I was wondering if any members of this site could help me to find an old movie that I saw in the 80s.
There was a part where an ancient skeleton with horns was found and laid out on a table in a lab or something. It eventually started growing tissue and stuff again and came back to life.
I was once told that this was the horrible 70s film "Gargoyles". It is not.

You're right, it is indeed The Creeping Flesh, starring Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee.

"Gargoyles" is not horrible imo, it's actually a lot of fun.
