It has some good cinematography. One of the most egregious examples of how to cut an action scene.

It's a better Bourne movie than Jason Bourne.

Olga Kurylenko's Bond girl is decent, certainly not bad.
The score is good.
Daniel Craig's performance is typically fantastic.
The Tosca opera sequence is brilliant.
Opening car chase is an adrenaline rush.
Plot is refreshingly low-key at times, Greene's death is tremendously dark.
The final scene is very strong thematically.
There's a lot to like in QoS.

It's a better Bourne movie than Jason Bourne. Hell, it tops ALL of that series besides the first movie.

It's only one of fourteen Bond movies i give a Thumbs Up out of the twenty-four total Bond movies.
p.s. i gave it a 6/10 (a mild Thumbs Up)
----------------------------------------------
Craig era Bond movies...
1.Skyfall (2012) - 8.5-9/10 2.Casino Royale (2006) 3.Spectre (2015) - 7.5-8/10 4.Quantum of Solace (2008) - 6/10
i kinda assume the next Bond movie will top Quantum of Solace at the least.

A
- Daniel Craig at his physical peak. - Solid car chase. - Solid foot chase. - Solid boat chase. - Solid airplane chase. - One of if not the hottest Bond girl. - Great (filming) environs; Mexico, Panama, Chile, Italy, Austria, & Wales. - Water geopolitics ahead of its time. - Decent villain. - Opera scene is one of my fav non-action sequences of the Craig era.
QoS is my 2nd fav Bond movie. Come at me brus.

It's a solid Bond film. I'd also add that boat chase and Judi Dench, who's slumming it but has some pretty funny lines.
