Are those 'Red Machete' vignettes gonna lead to anything?

Am I supposed to remember who Morales is? Was he part of that Latino gang that was holed up at the old folks home?

Is Erik done for? Ugh a mopey scene coming next time we them. What is Hardwick talking about again with the 'action' last week? Francine's dead for sure according to 'in memorium?' Gimple asked about why Negan wasn't shot at immediately last week and he rambled on with whatever dumb explanation. How about just setting up the scene so that Negan couldn't be shot at?

Did anybody get killed in tonight's episode and if so then who and how ? Very minor character Francine from Alexandria killed (according to Talking Dead) in an attack on a Savior compound. Lots of Saviours and a few never seen before 'good' guys also bit the dust.

Morales and his family (wife and 2 or 3 kids) were part of Rick and Shane's group in Season 1. They left to find family in Alabama before the group went to the CDC. It's been a running joke for six years that he would return to the show. It's no longer a joke.

Morgan killed about 65 people in last night's episode.

And yet he didn't kill the Savior who killed the young kid last season. Jesus goes from shooting people to not wanting to shoot the peepee Savior even though just before he disarmed him, he was about to shoot Tara.

This episode felt muddled and then the big reveal at the end of Morales like I gave a shit.
It feels like they're deliberately keeping it all quite vague and weird because there's gonna be another reveal.

Am I supposed to remember who Morales is? Was he part of that Latino gang that was holed up at the old folks home? He was part of the Atlanta group, but he decided to go his own way with his family instead of going with the group to the CDC. That is literally the only fact about him. He had no memorable scenes or interactions with anyone. He was a third level , less than Ed or Jim. While I was on Redditt, there were apparently quite a few fans who started posting about meeting up with him again, (God knows why). I guess this was Gimple's tribute to them, and another "original", non-comic plot. I think it was cheesy as hell and groaned out loud!

Lol dude just watch the show Someone told him the same thing in last week's thread. It's his thing. I'm beginning to understand. I want to know what happens, but I am not wanting to waste my time watching it anymore. Some people say it was always bad, but I feel it's dropping like a stone now.
