The Phantom Carriage (1921), Häxan (1922) Nosferatu (1922), Dr. Mabuse, the Gambler (1922), Die Nibelungen (1924), Metropolis (1927), The Fall of the House of Usher (1928, the one by Jean Epstein) and M (1927).
I probably have some Méliès short films and other really early shorts as extra features on other DVDs, just don't remember what or where.

The Adventures of Prince Achmed (1926)
I also own one of those public domain horror collections which has a lot of older films, some older than the above.

The Adventures of Prince Achmed (1926) I don't know what kind of release you have, but this reminded me that BFI's Blu-ray + DVD package has some even older Lotte Reiniger shorts as extra features. The Flying Coffer (1921) and The Secret of the Marquise (1922) predate Prince Achmed.

Terminator 2. The DVD format celebrates 20 years this year. The first DVD release was Twister, which came out late '96. (The DVD, not the movie. Movie came out in May of that year)
