I think you got the right idea Deb. Mix it up and drink something more interesting and healthy at the same time. For me it's just water all week and beer on the weekends. Boooooring. Not the beer but the water  But I am no coffee drinker   especially fruits and a lot of fruits taste good together just like salads on sandwiches and are healthy and Smoothies are my favourite drink aside from coffee but I am not a fan of Smoothies with vegetables in them and I love vegetables which is why I am a vegetarian and there aren't many vegetables I don't like but I think smoothies should only have fruits in them and I have no idea how people drink them with vegetables in them. I think some of them force themselves to 'cause it is healthy but there are better ways of staying healthy that eating or drinking things that taste awful such as exercise. I am sorry to hear you are not a coffee drinker Jayman 'cause you don't know what you are missing out on  but each their own. Do you like Iced Coffee and drink milkshakes?  i totally agree that smoothies should have fruit and not vegetables. People have shown me pictures of smoothies that are green and do not look appetizing at all. But I have not tried those and have not felt like trying them either lol. I have had a lot of coffee in my younger days but mostly when it came free with an egg sandwich 🥪 lol. I work with people that live on coffee and I don’t hate it or anything but I just never got into the habit of having it daily. Milkshakes are good, I just never have them. I think I tried ice coffee once out of a can  |

i totally agree that smoothies should have fruit and not vegetables. People have shown me pictures of smoothies that are green and do not look appetizing at all. I think I tried ice coffee once out of a can No. Vegetables in smoothies sound really, REALLY bad to the point where I probably wouldn't even drink one if somebody paid me to  and I am staying with fruit in my smoothies and if other people want to have them I won't judge them and I hope they enjoy them  but you won't get me drinking them. I have heard about some pretty weird and horrible drink and food combinations over the years and one of the worst which makes me sick thinking about it is seafood ice cream like fish, prawn and crab flavoured ice cream and I heard they have them in America ans rhwy would have to taste horrible and have you tried or seen them? I love coffee and there are so many different flavours you can have but it is not for everybody and coffee is addictive and once you have drank it you have to drink more and I wouldn't say I love on it but I wouldn't want to run out of it and it wakes you up in the morning. You should give milkshakes another chance 'cause there are a lot of good flavours you have probably never tried you would like and right now I am having Schweppes Lime and it is one of my favourite soft drinks and tastes very similar to the Lime Fanta we can no longer get here.
