The Maltese Falcon Dirty Harry's .44 Magnum (even though I'm not a gun person) R.P. McMurphy's Watch Cap and Leather Jacket (I know, that's 2) The cigarette case that Norma Desmond gives Joe Gillis The Dude's Rug. (If you get the rug, Popeye, then I'll take his sweater. But not his jellies.)

Brilliant topic!
Indy's hat
Roy's bat 'Wonder Boy' from The Natural
Deckard's coat from Blade Runner (Would've said gun but it was already taken and I want to come up with something fresh)
Alexander's helmet from Alexander
Cap's shield from the MCU
Such a fun topic, great replies so far. You could expand on this by separating it into categories such as weapons, clothing, vehicles, etc.

I love this topic!
Another vote for The Dude's rug, but I'd also settle for for the satellite phone he carries around
Mad Max's 1978 Ford Falcon XB GT (with the police interceptor mods and the rig for my cattle dog to hold a gun)
The xenomorph skull on the wall in "Predator 2"
The mini-gun from "T-2" (it doesn't have to work, I'd be terrified to try and fire it anyway)
The piano from Sam's Cafe in "Casablanca"
I was lucky enough to visit the actual Sam's Cafe in the city of Casablanca, where that piano still sits. It isn't roped off and still plays gorgeously. The lid wasn't locked, so I sat down and played a chorus of "As Time Goes By" (the theme song to the movie) and an elderly British guy bought me a drink for it. The cafe itself is rigorously maintained to be a tribute to the movie...very cool experience for any fan of the film.
