It's irrelevant. There will almost always be zero evidence but if there are enough voices, you're pretty much fucked anyway (but at least you won't go to prison). Not necessarily. Look at Rolf Harris. That was commonwealth law though. |

Look at Rolf Harris. That was commonwealth law though. But that's my point; there was evidence there (his daughter's friend which he openly admitted to -- claiming it was consensual). In most of the cases coming out now though, it's primarily people saying something happened years ago. Difficult to prove. |

Evidence is also required and yours is not a wholly credible comparison, especially when there can be instant proof regarding a purse snatching or a dented car. Do people complain after 30yrs that their purse was stolen? Please keep things into perspective, otherwise whatever care or concern you wish to project for victims of sexual assault will appear phony. Sex has been used as a tool and manipulation technique for eons, and there are also scheming agendas and fake "victim" mentalities attached. It can also become about blackmail and smear campaigns. Heck, sex is pretty much what it is all about in a sense, since we are all only here due to byproduct of a f<>k. It is a slippery slope and needs to be treaded and treated with caution, insight and common sense. |

It is also questionable though, that a 15yr old would continue a relationship for over 15yrs with Harris, even into her legal yrs. What was she doing, collecting more evidence? |

I think that people are too quick to dismiss a persons entirely nowadays and while the allegations are true, he hasnt gone around raping anyone. |
