... someone inside their mind? It can be another personality (MPD) or a being that's possessing them. It can be a physical fight (as a visual metaphor) or a verbal fight.
The only examples I can think of at the moment are:
-The WOLF POWER RANGER in JUNGLE FURY.
-TRUNKS when he was possessed by BABY in DRAGON BALL GT. I can't remember if other characters possessed by him did the same.

In the Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 4 episode titled ‘This Year’s Girl’ Faith fought Buffy in her mind whilst in a coma.
In the Angel Season 4 episode ‘Orpheus’ Faith and Angelus fought (both with words and metal pipes). Angelus also fought Angel.
In the Alias Season 3 episode ‘Conscious’ Sydney Bristow and Lauren Reed fought each other in Sydney’s mind.
Sorry, I hadn't seen your post (in your similar thread to this one on the 'Film General' board) saying that you'd meant "fights while the characters are awake" until after I'd posted those^ three examples.
I imagine this one wouldn't really count as that^ either, since the people fighting in it (Faith and a random Vulcan) are inside the mind of a different character (Andrew) from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 7 episode 'Dirty Girls'.
