Karen Gillan’s character of Nebula in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies has an artificial left eye, left shoulder and left arm, I believe. The Winter Soldier has a metal arm in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Rupert Everett as Dr. Claw in the Inspector Gadget movie had (unsurprisingly) a metal claw. Michael Ironside’s Rasczak had a metal arm in Starship Troopers. The character of Tee Hee, played by Julius Harris in Live and Let Die, had a metal arm/claw. Hm, guess I went with a 'metal arm' theme.
