Yep, that scene was bullshit. 1 of the worst scenes ever written. MCU really fucked it up. Explain how they fuck it up. When I first saw that scene, I immediately thought "They ripped off The Iliad with that scene". But aside from the fact that they ripped off that scene from The Iliad, at first I thought they were going to be clever in that scene and make it a catch-22 scenario. But MCU really fucked it up and just made it 1 of the worst scenes ever written. Since MCU fans are slow at getting things, I'll explain it to you. Thanos is told that in order to get the soul stone, he has to be willing to sacrifice someone he loves. So Thanos throws Gamora off the cliff and gets the soul stone just like that. Really terrible, bullshit scene! To get the soul stone, he has to be willing to sacrifice someone he loves. But if he's willing to throw Gamora off a cliff just for a stone, then he doesn't really love Gamora. So it should've been a catch-22 scenario for Thanos. That would've been clever and I would've given Infinity Wars a higher rating if they had been clever enough to do that. But once again, MCU fucked it up. That's 1 of the worst scenes in Hollywood history. Because MCU is saying in that scene to all the child abusers out there that it's OK for a father to say he loves his daughter and then abuse or kill her. Abusing or killing your child is never OK and is NOT love. Any parent who loves their child would never do that. But MCU is saying that is love, which makes that 1 of the most bullshit scenes in Hollywood history.

How can a grown man be so damn stupid?

What was it Archie did wrong again? I rather miss him and his Marvel-obsessed ways. I think he might have said the MCU is bigger than Jesus and then burned a cross in a full captain America getup. Haha. I bet he does that in real life.
