Everyone just has to brush it off? Yes. It's not a big deal. We should be trying to improve society. Making it a criminal offense to grab someoe's ass (or whatever body part) is moving in the wrong direction. If they commit violence, they'd be penalized for it. |

Improving society is great, of course it is, but there needs to be some legal repercussions for the serial offenders, even if it is just as a last resort when every other avenue has been exhausted. I'm not saying throw the one time offenders in prison or anything like that, or even give them a criminal record, a caution at very most would be enough, but you can not let the serial perverts run amok in society. Otherwise you'll just end up having people taking things into their own hands when they feel the legal system is letting them down, and society will be worse off as a result. |
