Deckard - Paul Newman Roy Batty - Yul Brynner Rachael - Raquel Welch Pris - Sandy Dennis Tyrell - Boris Karloff JF Sebastian - Anthony Perkins Gaff - Eli Wallach I thought about Karloff for Tyrell as well. Kinda like Frankenstein's Monster building a better monster. But I went with Olivier because I thought he would be a little more elegant and I wasn't sure if Karloff's size would detract from Batty's leading role in their scene. Really a toss up in my head though. |

Plus he was an old man in 65 and wouldn't detract from Batty's threat. |

My pick for Deckard would have been the only difference, in favor of Robert Duvall. Stamp is a damn good fit though. I might be hazy on the exact age-at-the-time but perhaps Clare Higgins could have been an interesting Rachael as well. |

I am surprised no one said Mitchum for Deckard considering they modeled the character after him. Brando would've also been interesting as well. what about Robert Ryan?.
