I hate X3 even more now. Fuck brett ratner! Fucking jackass. No doubt. That pissed me the hell off. The thing that got to me even more was that everyone around her put up with it.

And this is X3 so they had Jackman, Berry, Grammer and maybe even Janssen there. Then you have Stewart and especially McKellen. I don't know if they were there since I wasn't there, but it sounds like this was a near constant thing. And she was 17 at the time. Nobody stuck up for this kid that was doubly unsure of herself?

And the one we can blame for hiring Ratner for X3 is Tom Rothman who thought it was good enough to keep him board till production ended.

I honestly hope Ratner never work in Hollywood ever again.

It probably had to do with them being under contract with Fox who didn't want to halt production so they could meet their chosen deadline and could've easily kicked them off from the franchise and other films they were set to appear in that would've been distributed/produced by them as well. Tom Rothman is a really shady character and I'm surprised he's still a big time player in the industry - His history with Fox is legendary, pretty much all their drama can be trace back tom him varying capacities. X-3 being one of their most controversial productions as they rushed the script, rushed production to spite Bryan Singer for opting to do Superman Returns instead( and denying him the request of holding off till he could commit) and selecting and sticking with a director who was very unprofessional on and off set.

Why do you people blindly believe EVERY goddamn accusation made these days? Are you all that eager to hate men?? Or hate sex?? WTF is wrong with society when sex or bad behavior is treated like murder... or worse than murder??
GROW THE FUCK UP. It's not the end of the world if a guy like John Lasseter hugs you without your permission.
Personally, I think anyone who is that paranoid of coming in contact with other people needs to seek mental help. Sometimes, they need a restraint jacket.

It's called not being a fucktard and respecting people privacy. What gives Brett the right to act like that towards her?

First Brett Ratner, now Bryan Singer. Who else from Fox's X-Men will be outed as a creep or rapist?

Soon, no-one will be able to make any play or pass for anyone, without fear of being up on sexual harassment allegations and charges and that is stretching across both sexualities. Even an innocent hug or arm around somebody for a photo shot gets misconstrued and manipulated around to be something that it's not. Trial by media and they are carrying on like a pack of vultures out for blood and the kill. We are taught in school to keep our hands to ourselves. That applies to adults too.

We are taught in school to keep our hands to ourselves. That applies to adults too. It depends on the extremity and seriousness of the case and what happened here? We know Page and Paquin are lesbian or bi, so anything a creepy man does in their eyes will be seen as a hangable offense. No need for the hyperbole. And yes, if a creepy man does something, it's going to be creepy. I certainly wouldn't want any creepy person doing something creepy to me. And it actually does not depend. Just keep your hands to yourself. Adults think they're exempt from respecting others' personal space. They're not.

Just keep your hands to yourself. Adults think they're exempt from respecting others' personal space. They're not. The hyperbole is exactly what these me too's or spin offs are carrying on about, so yes, it does depend on the scale of whatever offense as been alleged in order to ascertain if it warrants merit. No, they're not. Not wanting to be harassed by creeps is not hyperbole. And it's certainly not the same as thinking they want them hung. No one wants creeps hung. But they should definitely be investigated.

But they should definitely be investigated. A creep is just going to do what they do. Wasting time investigating something that may turn out to be incidental and yet gets made out to be more than what it is, is not going to change the behavior of the myriad of creeps to come, so yes, it is hyperbole. Soon all men will considered creeps just for making a play at somebody. Yes, they will. And that's why they need to be investigated and dealt with. Much better than just letting them get away with it. And no, all the men won't be creeps. Just the ones who are being creepy. We all know what creepy behavior is. If you don't want to be labeled a creep, don't be creepy. It's that easy. There are non-creepy ways to make a play on someone. We know what they are.
