Marvel made her a main strong female character long before DC made WW. Black Widow ran like a coward from the Hulk. You call that a strong female character? Wonder Woman wouldn't have run like a coward from the Hulk. Heck, even Martha Kent wouldn't have run like a coward from the Hulk. Even Martha Kent has more courage than Black Widow. Gee, I don't know, perhaps maybe Black Widow ran away from The Hulk because she's a HUMAN BEING and doesn't want to get killed? Wonder Woman is a child of Zeus, her powers are based entirely on the fantastic. Martha Kent wouldn't run away from the Hulk? If he were aggressive and her adoptive son wasn't anywhere to be seen you can be certain she'd get out of dodge in seconds.

I have to wonder how you'll spin this when Trevor gets brought back. Steve Trevor is only coming back in flashbacks or as a grandson of the character in Wonder Woman. The Steve Trevor who made the ultimate sacrifice in Wonder Woman isn't being resurrected like Agent Coulson and Bucky were. And you know this how? Also, how was Steve supposed to know he'd survive in The First Avenger?

Steve Trevor was dead. He was never resurrected.

Because it's confirmed in Justice League. Steve Trevor was dead. He was never resurrected. As far as Bruce and Diana know. Which isn't much of anything to go on.

Most of the rabid mcu fans hate Wonder Woman. They seem to have issues with strong female characters or, lets be honest, women in general. This is based on the numerous posts here where they talk about how they hate women. That's because MCU hates strong female characters. MCU has always made female characters supporting characters and won't have a female-led movie in their 1st 20 movies and 10 years and wouldn't have made Captain Marvel if WB hadn't announced a Wonder Woman movie first.
DCEU has always respected female characters while MCU has always made female characters weak. In The Avengers, MCU had Black Widow running scared from the Hulk. In MoS, Martha Kent was choked by Faora but she didn't run and instead stood up to Zod and told Zod to go to hell. That's why MCU fans didn't like MoS. Because MCU fans can't handle strong female characters.
This is simply not true. For one, Wonder Woman is not a strong female character. She is a goddess. The movie actually goes out of its way to show that normal women are useless. She is only useful because she is a powerful God. Thor 3 was definitely the better movie, though I enjoyed both.

Wonder Woman because it is more mature. Agreed. Wonder Woman is a much better movie than Ragnarok.

Eh, I'm thinking we're on our own here. Anyways, as it is the DC fans are coming off as the disadvantaged ones at this point.
