Why would anyone laud someone for recruiting for sex cult? That is is sick and twisted. Which makes you either one sick cookie or a troll.
So which is it?
What is even more surprising like other crazy cult members it has been revealed Allison tried to recruit other celebrities like Emma Watson and Kelly Clarkson into her sex cult and when the leader was arrested not long ago Allison took over so she is still part of the cult now and isn't stepping down or acknowledging that her actions were wrong. It is really surprising as I have said on here before and I don't understand what lead to Allison joining a cult like this and I think it had to something with her career flopping after 'Smallville' 'cause I have heard of a lot of celebrities doing crazy things when their careers have gone downhill and some become drug addicts and alcoholics 'cause they can't handle not being famous anymore.
'Smallville' star Allison Mack tried to meet with Emma Watson and Kelly Clarkson to discuss 'sex cult'
Following her recent arrest for her role in the alleged sex cult NXIVM, it's been revealed that former Smallville actress Allison Mack tried to meet with Emma Watson and Kelly Clarkson to discuss her"women's movement".
On April 20, Mack, 35, pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking, denying prosecutors' claims that she was the slave "master" who recruited unsuspecting women into the movement so they could exploit them "both sexually and for their labour".

However, today Business Insider unearthed tweets Mack had sent to Watson, 28, back in 2016, showing that she had indeed tried to set up a meeting with the Harry Potter star.
"I'm a fellow actress like yourself & involved in an amazing women's movement I think you'd dig," Mack tweeted in January 2016. "I'd love to chat if you’re open."

Mack again tried to reach out the following month, this time explaining that she too was a humanitarian like Watson.
"I participate in a unique human development & women's movement I'd love to tell you about," Mack tweeted in February 2016. "As a fellow actress I can relate so well to your vision and what you want to see in the world. I think we could work together."
But Watson wasn't the only Hollywood star Mack had in her sights. Apparently, American Idol alum Clarkson, 35, was also on her radar.
"I heard through the grapevine that you're a fan of Smallville. I’m a fan of yours as well!" Mack tweeted in 2013. "I'd love to chat sometime."

Twitter appears to have been Mack's go-to tool for recruiting women into NXIVM. She would tell unsuspecting new recruits that they were joining a female mentorship group when in fact they would be under the rule of leader Keith Raniere, 57.
One woman who was lucky to dodge a bullet was Jennifer Pastiloff. The writer and yoga instructor told People magazine that Mack had followed her on Twitter in 2014, and then began sending her a barrage of emails.
They were harmless enough to start with, but as soon as Mack began to mention "intensive workshops", Pastiloff knew something was up.
"My radar went off when she wrote that these workshops would help me 'close some gaps you may be finding,'" said Pastiloff. "I remember thinking there was something weird about this, something sketchy."

Cults are very good at manipulation, making you think they can give you what you need. They make you think you're loved and protected. They rebuild you into someone who will do anything for them, even recruiting others or taking charge so the cult can continue.
Good point. Cult leaders are often masters in manipulation and I think they work similar to terrorists in a way when it comes to recruiting new people 'cause they go for the ones they think are going to be the easiest for them to manipulate. In even weirder news Allison's cult is now getting its own documentary and I am surprised they can even make something like this while it is going to court and I thought there would be laws blocking them from filming what is an ongoing investigation.
Allison Mack’s Sex Cult, NXIVM, Is Getting a Documentary
Well, that was fast for the television overlords. Just days after Smallville actress Allison Mack was arrested for her alleged involvement in recruiting women for the sex cult NXIVM, a documentary series about the cult has been ordered for television. Per Deadline, former Psych actress and “branded” woman Sarah Edmondson will star in the series alongside her husband, actor Anthony Ames, as they were the first prominent defectors from the group to speak out against its alleged history of abuse and sex trafficking last fall.
Set against the ongoing legal drama involving NXIVM’s leaders, the doc will follow the duo as they “reacclimate into society while also helping others — many of whom they had recruited — leave NXIVM and the DOS secret society within it.” Edmondson and Ames will also “look back at their experience at NXIVM and keep up with the ongoing litigation against the organization,” as Deadline notes they’re likely going to be asked to testify in Mack’s case. No network is attached yet, but filming has already begun.
She's getting her own documentary after being arrested? WTF? How's that for rewarding criminal activity? We should join a sex cult too and then we can be on TV like Allison.

It is kinda a joke that they are getting a documentary on it. It is like how Harvey Weinsteen is now having a movie made about him and somebody like Harvey who did the horrible things he did to actresses in Hollywood doesn't deserve to have a movie made about him in my opinion 'cause it is just glamorising what he has done and showing what a person in a position of power like that can get away with. I think there are a lot of people that have done good in this world that should have their own movie instead of that dirtball.

My guess is that in this documentary she is going to be portrayed as a innocent victim.

I heard the film is meant to be about not him so much as the investigation into him and the exposing of him with the journalist's behind it being the lead characters, so I don't think it's going to glamorise him or glorify his actions.
Now if this also brings more to light about the women who Weinstein abused, how they rallied and stood up for themselves in helping to put this whole story together, to expose Weinstein for the evil pos he is, then that's even more of a plus in my books.
Now if it goes the other way and tries to make him a sympathetic figure well then I say burn the script, burn the writer and burn Weinstein at the stake whilst were at it, cause fuck that shit.

He should be strung up by the dick and made to hang there until he drops off for the things he has done. What a fucking piece of shit. He even looks like a slimebucket with those eyes and that creepy smile. How many actresses did he do it to and does it stop at actresses?

Ohh okay. You have a good point. It would be good to see more of his victims brought to light to expose him for the horrible things he did when he was in a position of power in Hollywood and there are probably a lot of other women we don't know about 'cause they haven't had the chance to tell their stories yet as the media is mostly focusing on the really famous names. Still, I just don't see why evil people need to have movies about them and this might not be that as you pointed out but we have had movies about the likes of Ted Bundy, Charles Starkweather, Henry Lee Lucas, Jeffrey Dahmer etc and I don't think they should have had movies. Then there was that 'Seed' movie and how he was able to survive the electric chair and dig his way back up from a grave to kill all the people that put him behind bars was terrifying and I hope they got him.

People are fascinated with evil, which is why books, movies, and documentaries are made about criminals. I think we want to understand why someone would do these horrible things.

The flip side of that is the profound success of franchises like all of the different Law and Order shows, or other procedurals that focus on identifying criminals and bringing them to Justice - people like seeing wrongs being righted.
"Do you like my mask? Isn't it pretty? It raises the dead."

I suppose. I am not sure how a lot of evil people bring themselves to do the evil things they do either especially child rapists. You would have to be be brought up with a very twisted view of life to find children sexually attractive and you would think there would have to be a part of these people that know what they are doing is wrong when it comes to children but perhaps they cross the line so far into insanity they can't see what they are doing is wrong or they come up with ways to convince themselves the things they are doing is right. There have been a lot of books, movies and documentaries made about evil people but the mind of a child rapist is something that is rarely touched on 'cause I don't think anybody can understand it.
I read about that on the news and the fact she was describing this as some amazing and empowering women's movement was just wrong on so many levels and whoever took Allison Mack into the cult must have really got inside her head. I don't think we will ever know why she joined but I think this explains why her acting career went nowhere after 'Smallville' while a lot of the other actresses went on to have leading roles in TV shows.
